In Focus: Loca Chica

Merry Christmas guys!!! May Santa bring you lots of wonderful presents and fulfil all your wishes.

This year has been a crazy one for me. So much has happened since the last year that I cannot even express it in words. 2014 treated me really well and I’m expecting 2015 to be even better. Fingers crossed! Anyway, I hope y’all are enjoying this festive month. The time has come to ring in the new year, so why not do it in style. Along with the perfect outfit, the right bag is also very essential. So, in this post I am going to show you a few bags that you can totally rock this New years’ and the year ahead.

When Loca Chica approached me to partner with them for this post, I was more than excited as I have used their ethnic clutches before and I absolutely love what they offer. From ethnic to casual, from clutches to totes, they have numerous options available and that too at very affordable prices. Best part about their collection is that it’s edgy, stylish and caters to the masses and not just to a specific age group.

The first snake print bag here is a perfect red for Christmas or NYE. Shiny and yet so classy! Have a look yourself:

For this look here, I’ve used gold pigment (Inglot) on the eyes with some contouring on the crease line. Lipstick is Russian Red by MAC. For cheeks, throw away the pinks this NYE and go for the bronzed look instead.

The second clutch here is a winter favourite. Houndstooth is trending big time this season be it clothing, accessories or bags. Yes Bags!

(Outfit Details: Dress- Zara, Neckpiece & midi rings- Forever 21, Headpiece- Online, Ring- Aetee designs, Clutch- Loca Chica)

Isn’t it pretty? I thought it went really well with my Christmas outfit. 🙂

For this look, I’ve used a green gel liner from Inglot along with brown eye shadow on the lower lid to create the smokey effect. Lipstick is Riri woo by MAC.

The last one here is an Owl city Portfolio clutch. It’s an oversized clutch and is spacious enough for you to fit even your iPad into it. It’s a perfect pick for a movie date with friends or family this winter season.
