Soul Tree Products Review

Hi Guys,

I’m back from my week-long vacation and I feel super charged as I sit down to work. And yes my trip was fantastic and I had an amazing time in Mauritius. 😀

As you all know, I love organic products when it comes to my skin and have tried quite a few brands too in search of the right ones. So recently I got the opportunity to test Soul Tree products and frankly, I found them pretty good.

Soul Tree is India’s first and only organic beauty and personal care products brand developed by Vedicare Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. Crafted from ingredients of natural origin, using natural oils and carefully selected Ayurvedic herbs, Soul Tree products carry the assurance of BDIH seal (the german hallmark for natural beauty products).

Soul Tree products are free of parabens and silicones and have no artificial colors or harmful preservatives. They are ethically sourced from the wild and certified organic farms.

Today, I’m going to review four products from the Soul Tree range that are natural, organic and chemical free.

  1. Soul Tree Apricot oil & honey with Kokum butter Moisturiser
  2. Soul Tree Turmeric & Indian rose with Forest honey Face wash
  3. Soul Tree Triphala with conditioning Henna Shampoo
  4. Soul Tree Indian Rose with cooling Vetiver Shower Gel

Soul Tree Moisturizer: Made from Apricot oil, honey and kokum butter, this Ayurvedic Moisturizer is unique and leaves your skin soft, supple and hydrated. It comes in a small bottle with a black cap and is pretty convenient to carry around. The texture is non-greasy and it is great for those with dry skin.

What I didn’t like about this one would be its strong fragrance.

Soul Tree Face Wash: A great product for normal to dry skin, this Soul Tree face wash is derived from organic turmeric and rose extracts combined with forest honey. This one too (like other Soul Tree products) comes in a small cylindrical bottle with a black cap. It has a honey-like texture and pleasant fruity fragrance. Although it is soap free, it generates a good amount of lather and very little quantity is required for every single wash.

What I loved about this one is that it gave a natural glow to my skin and did not make it dry after washing it off.

How To Use: Wet Face and Neck. Apply the face wash and gently massage avoiding the eye area. Rinse it off.

Soul Tree Shampoo: This hair revitalizing shampoo has fresh extracts of Aamla, Bhibitaki and Haritaki and hair regenerating properties of Henna, Shikakai and Bala. Regular use of this product prevents hair damage and premature hair loss.

This shampoo is suitable for those with normal to oily hair and has a pretty strong fragrance. I think this is my favorite from the lot and I’ve almost finished one bottle already. It leaves my hair looking shinier and healthier every time I use it.

Soul Tree Shower Gel: The Indian Rose in this product is known for skin smoothening  properties and is organically cultivated. With cooling extracts of Vetiver and luscious Aloe, this makes for an aromatic, soothing and soap-free bath gel.

How To Use: While showering, use the gel with a loofah or bath sponge and rinse. It is gentle enough to be used everyday.

This Ayurvedic shower gel is translucent light brown in color and has a runny consistency. It acts as a toner to your skin and has a cooling effect that leaves your skin feeling fresh and rejuvenated.
